Self Care

This year has been like no other and for many has proven to be extremely challenging. Developing a self-care plan is an essential tool because:

•  It is a go to preventative measure for when life becomes too stressful and we need something to help get us through. 
•  It keeps us on track to still achieve our goals and be both academically successful and emotionally and mentally healthy. 
•  It keeps us from engaging in activities and behaviors that are unhealthy and potentially dangerous.
