Boys Track and Field

Track & Field is a team sport with an individual component, and is open to all students of varying abilities. There are no tryouts or reduction in numbers. Track athletes have the opportunity to compete in 19 different events.

Our season schedule is set up so that each ability and grade level has an opportunity to participate in several meets early in the track season. Our primary focus is to give all students the opportunity to challenge for a varsity position, achieve individual success while competing for their team and to create outstanding young adults. We highly encourage participation in off-season conditioning that starts in the summer.  

Practice begins at the end of February or beginning of March. Athletes are required to attend practices on a daily basis that typically run from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
