Park Hill School District to provide flu shot
flu shotThe Platte County Health Department is partnering with Park Hill School District to provide flu vaccinations to ALL MS and HS students on October 21st, 2020 at Congress Middle School inside the gym from 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Drive thru Flu Clinics are being offered at the Riverside Fire Department - October 8th, 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Platte City Middle School - October 12th, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.


If you would like your student to receive their flu shot, please complete the Flu Consent & Registration Form and attach a copy of your insurance card.

Once they are completed, please return them with your student to give to the school nurse. You must complete and return the Flu Consent and Registration Form by October 7th to your school nurse.

Students who qualify for the clinic are those who are uninsured, underinsured, have Medicaid, are Native American/Native Alaskan, or who have private insurance which covers vaccines. For your convenience, we accept MO Healthnet, Home State Health, Missouri Care, United Healthcare Community Plan, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of KC, CIGNA & United Healthcare for Immunizations as well as those who are uninsured/underinsured.

Please check with your insurance provider to see if your plan covers these vaccines.
