Traci Dorrell is new this year to Park Hill South but not new to the Park Hill District.  She came from Lakeview Middle school where she was a 7^th and 8^th grade counselor for the past 7 years.  Before that she was a teacher at the Park Hill Day school for 5 years.  She graduated from University of Central Missouri with a Psychology major and a Criminal Justice minor.  She went on to obtain 2 masters degrees at UMKC.  One in Behavior Disorders and the other in Guidance and Counseling

Mrs. Dorrell has lived in the Park Hill District all her life.  She attended Park Hill High School and graduated with the class of 1992.  She is married to Zach Dorrell who teaches PE at Congress Middle school and coaches football and golf at that other school (Park Hill).  They have 3 children; Davin 10, Jayden 7 and Gage 3. 

Mrs. Dorrell loves being a counselor in Park Hill and enjoys working to build relationships with her student's and parents.  Her favorite things to do are work out, hang out with family and friends and watch her kids play sports.
