If you have not applied for admission, you will not be able to test or enroll!  Unless you have taken an MCC regular or dual credit class in the past year or completed an application previously for placement testing, you must complete the on-line application before proceeding to STEP 3.

Go to www.mcckc.edu/apply

o   Complete the information requested

    • Social Security Number is required for the online application
    • Campus = Maple Woods
    • Term = Spring 13
    • Admit Type = 1) Taking MCC classes while in high school
    • High School Information = Missouri High School > Lookup School

STEP 3: Enroll in dual credit class (this is different from your high school enrollment)

Dual Credit enrollment times and dates will be posted in the bulletin, website and available from the dual credit counselor and your instructor.

  • You must enroll in any classes you want for college credit at the time the enrollment is offered
  • The dual credit counselor at your school, as well as Lori Callow, MCC-Maple Woods Dual Credit Liaison, will conduct enrollment sessions for all interested and qualified students
  • You must complete a paper enrollment form and turn it in to Lori Callow or your dual credit counselor by Friday, January 25, 2013!

STEP 4: Pay for the class by Friday, March 15, 2013

The cost is $46.00 per credit.  YOU, the student, will be mailed a bill on Thursday, February 28, 2013.  It will be in a tear-away envelope from Metropolitan Community College.  You can also see and pay your bill through your myMCCKC student account. If payment is not received by the deadline you will be dropped for non-payment and will not receive college credit.
